The hotel is centrally located, making it very convenient for travel and shopping. While I found the onsen enjoyable and a nice bonus, the rooms were quite small and dated, and the extra bed we had was not comfortable at all. Additionally, there were some concerns about security and staff communication, which detracted from my overall experience.
